Courier / Delivery
- Courier cost is at buyers expense.
- Should you wish to make use of your own courier service: Unpacked unit weight is 4kg. Approximate dimensions – L:35cm x W:10cm x H:35cm
- Where installation is done by us, delivery will be included in the installation fee.
Installation
- Installation is available if you are within reach (Gauteng area)
- Installation fee of R230 for one bike. Thereafter an additional R130 per extra bike. Where travel to installation site exceeds 20km, an additional travel fee will be levied to cover costs. Typical standard installation in Pretoria of two bikes will work out to R360 where a typical standard installation in Johannesburg of two bikes will work out to R480. All materials required for installation is included in the price. This includes the best selection of plugs and bonding agents to ensure a rock solid fixture.
- Installation includes consulting with you to ensure a perfect fit and ease of use. Therefore it is highly recommended for the end user to be available during the process. You will also need to point out hidden water piping / electrical wiring in the wall.
- We use a mounting simulator to ensure the final product will work well with the intended user. For this reason we prefer your presence during the installation process - teamwork wins the game.
- Depending on complexity, installation can take anything between two and and five hours. Access to an electrical point is required.
Self-installation
- Self-installation of a single free standing unit is pretty straight forward. Should you wish to stack bikes in close proximity, there is one or two things that need to be considered to ensure an amicable outcome.
- The maximum mounting height will depend on your available reach and high you can lift your bike. The maximum height of the wheel shelves is around 160cm for a person 1.8m in length. Please consult with us for some guidance - it is free and might negate the use of choice expletives during the installation process.
- 6x 100/80 wall plugs are included per unit - sufficient for standard brick walls.

- Product will be shipped once payment via Credit Card or EFT reflects. Where we make the courier arrangements, the cost need to be included in the above.
- Payment details will be provided on completion of order.
